  • test pouch with test cassette and pipette inside

  • tube with assay buffer

How to perform FPV test?

Take care of your safety

Put on the gloves.
Every sample may be a potentially contagious material.

Use the cotton swab and mix the sample

Using the swab take a sample of feces.
Insert the swab into the assay buffer tube and mix it until it is dissolved.

Prepare the cassette

Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch and place it on the flat surface.

Add the sample

Using the pipette take a solution from above the sediment. Apply 3-4 drops of the prepared solution to the sample well “S”.

Wait for the result

Wait 5-10 for the result.

Interpretation of the results

Positive result: two colored lines will appear - in the test line zone and control line zone.
Negative result: only one colored line will appear in the control line zone.
Invalid result: the colored line does not appear in the control line zone.
